Pencils are very good, graphite lead is very smooth. First lot I purchased for me with my Surname to ensure its authenticity. Then I asked for my niece name, she enjoyed & happy to see her personalised pencils.
Courier part need to be improved, No one called no one came on the day which was scheduled & on top of it was mentioned that noone at home & no answer, this is rediculous
