Refund & Exchange Policy for Customized Gifts

Thank you for shopping with us. As all our products are specially customized, we follow a strict no-refund policy.

1. No Refunds
All customized or personalized products are non-refundable once the order is placed and processed.

2. Exchange Eligibility
We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You receive a product with an incorrect name or customization.

  • You receive a completely different product from what you ordered.

3. Exchange Process

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide clear photos or videos as proof of the issue.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the correct product.

4. Non-Exchangeable Cases
We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Errors made by the customer while placing the order (e.g., wrong spelling, incorrect details submitted).

  • Minor variations in color, design, or placement that may occur due to the customization process.

5. Order Confirmation Responsibility
Customers are requested to carefully review all customization details before placing the order, as these cannot be modified later.
